JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 It is pointed out that in the second paragraph of the order dated 05-10-2015, it has inadvertently, been typed that coaccused, Gunjan Sahani was granted bail but as a matter of fact, at the time of passing the said order dated 05-10-2015, co-accused, Gunjan Sahani had not been granted privilege of bail. In view of the aforesaid submission, the name of Gunjan Sahani, mentioned in the second paragraph of the order dated 05-10-2015, be deemed to be deleted.

The order dated 05-10-2015 stands modified to the above extent.
