Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 163 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the parties are agates. The dispute between the parties have been amicably settled and the matter has been compromised vide Annexure-2 of the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
