JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is seeking bail in Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 60 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(i), (x) of SC/ST 9Prevention of Atrocities )Act. As per allegation leveled against the petitioner is that he was allotted the work of construction of a Community Hall and time to time he made prayer for release of the money but every time petitioner was demanding share and also made allegation that he paid the amount to the petitioner for release of the fund and at last a demand of Rs. 40,000/- was made. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the same day altogether six cases have been filed against the petitioner by six Vikas Mitra motivated by the political consideration. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45916 of 2014 (2) dt.04-02-2015 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 12.08.2014.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- 9ten thousand0 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M.,Saharsa in Saharsa (Sadar) P.S.Case no.60 of 2014.
