Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 246 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties and and there is case and counter case. Moreover, the matter has been compromised between the parties as is evident from the compromise petition enclosed as Annexure-3 to the supplementary affidavit.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18648 of 2021(8) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 246 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
