1. Heard learned Senior counsel for the petitioner Mr. Anshul and learned AC to GA-2.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

3. The learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also does not dispute the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State but then submits that petitioner be permitted to raise his other grievances

Patna High Court MJC No.384 of 2025(4) dt.25-04-2025 2/2 in accordance with law, on which, the learned State counsel submits that the said liberty is always with the petitioner. The learned Senior counsel thus seeks permission to withdraw the Contempt application as grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. However, the withdrawal of the instant contempt application will not preclude the petitioner from raising his grievances if any, in accordance with law.
