The petitioner seeks bail in Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 384 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that he was entrusted to construct Samudayik Community Building at the cost of Rs. 5,99,600/-, but the petitioner took bribe for releasing the cheques. It is submitted that the informant and others lodged six cases making same and similar allegation of taking bribe. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already been enlarged on bail in other cases and nature of case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on
