This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 21.10.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 62107 of 2019, whereby the present petitioners have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners could not surrender before the learned Court below
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21462 of 2021(2) dt.28-07-2021 2/2 within the time granted by this Court due to personal difficulty. He accordingly prays for two weeks more time to surrender before the learned Court below.
Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 21.10.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 62107 of 2019, is hereby extended by further two weeks from today.
Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
