The petitioner seeks bail in Araria P.S. Case No.331 of 2014 (G.R. Case No.1993 of 2014) instituted for the offences under Sections 392 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been alleged that a looted motor cycle and part were recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21.7.2015.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one
