Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bachhawara P.S. Case No. 334 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2022 and total recovery of 70 litres of illicit liquor from the bag.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise-1, Begusarai in connection with Bachhawara P.S.
