The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ghoshwari P.S. Case No.116 of 2020 registered under Sections 419, 420, 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the petitioner has not defalcated any government money. It is only an allegation of financial irregularity. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
