This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Manpur P.S. Case No.47 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 8/20(b)(ii)(B) and 23(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

There is recovery of 34.120 Kgs. of ganja from the motorcycle of the petitioner. He is in custody since 03.12.2025.

Considering the huge recovery of ganja, which is said to have recovered from the motorcycle of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. 5.

It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8057 of 2026(5) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 observations made by this Court is only for the purpose of deciding this bail application.
