The petitioner is languishing in jail since 27.04.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 386, 387 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged by the informant that on 26.04.2015 he proceeded with police force to the house of Lal Bahadur Sah and arrested three persons along with others and recovered country made arms from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. As per the FIR, one country made

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35924 of 2015 (3) dt.05-10-2015 pistol and three cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Begusarai in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No.30 of 2015.
