The petitioner is languishing in jail since 16.03.2015 in a case instituted under Sections 341, 323, 326 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, informant's husband, on a trivial issue, was assaulted and stabbed by the accused persons. On the alarm of the informant's niece who came for his rescue, she was also assaulted and stabbed on her back.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. It is a case and counter case between the parties. The injuries are said to be simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S.Case No.67 of 2015.
