ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody since 29.7.2014 in Chapra Town P.S.Case No.74/14 for the offence under Sections 498(A), 307 of I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the father-in-law of the informant being 75 years old and has been roped in the present occurrence along with the husband of the informant. It is further submitted that the informant had been pressurizing her husband to live separately from his family members and because of her husband she has implicated entire family members of the petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned submissions and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45078 of 2014 (4) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 that the petitioner has been in custody since 29.7.2014, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Saran at Chapra, in Chapra Town P.S. Case No.74/14.
