JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The statement of injured, Kishore Das has been recorded at paragraph-20 of the case diary and the aforesaid injured stated that due to dismantling of his shop, a quarrel took place and this petitioner gave one dagger blow, causing injury on his abdomen. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 23-02-2015.

No doubt, the injured sustained grievous injury on his abdomen but taking note of this fact that petitioner was aged about only 19 years at the time of alleged occurrence and there was no repetition of blow at the hands of the petitioner, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20277 of 2015 (3) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barsoi (Kachna O.P.) P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.
