Petitioner is not named but it appears that name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in course of investigation. The alleged occurrence took place in the year, 2003 but as per submission, made on behalf of the petitioner, the charge sheet against the petitioner was submitted in the year, 2015. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that having more or less similar allegation, co-accused Kishori Ravidas and several others have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten
