Petitioner is accused in G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 287 of 2014 instituted under Sections 379, 411 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code on the basis of statement of the informant alleging that while he was at the railway platform, the petitioner pick pocketed and made an attempt to escape but was caught and the purse was recovered.

Contention of the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent. He is languishing in jail since 20.6.2014. The chargesheet has already been submitted. Let the petitioner abovenamed be directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48339 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with G.R.P. P.S. Case No. 287 of 2014 subject to the following two conditions:

(i) One of the bailers shall be the own/close family members of the petitioner.

(ii) After the framing of charge, the petitioner shall appear in person on each and every date fixed in the trial by the Court below. In case of default in doing so on two consecutive occasions without any cogent/satisfactory reason, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be cancelled and thereafter the Trial Court will be at liberty to secure his arrest in accordance with law.
