The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bisfi P.S.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9135 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/3 Case No. 410 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273/34 of the IPC and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2022 and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the period of custody and the criminal antecedent, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Bisfi P.S. Case No. 410/2022.
