2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Case No. 104 of 2023 arising out of Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 287 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act and Section 9 of the Child Marriage Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant with an intention to marry her.

4. The victim has said in her statement that she got married with the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 29.09.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11209 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Buxar in connection with POCSO Case No. 104 of 2023 arising out of Nawanagar P.S. Case No. 287 of 2023.
