The petitioner is languishing in connection with Mithanpura P.S.Case No.184 of 2014 pending in the Court of SDJM (East), Muzaffarpur in a case instituted under Sections 363/34, 363(A), 368 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, it is a case of abduction of the informant's son by the accused persons.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 25.06.2014. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. It has been submitted that the petitioner's name has come on the basis of the confession of a co-accused.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36261 of 2015 (4) dt.05-10-2015 On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner's name has come in course of the investigation and the victim was found in the house of this very petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the above named petitioner. Prayer is dismissed.

Anyhow the court below is directed to take all necessary steps to conclude the trial of the petitioner within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the production of the order. (Sudhir Singh, J) B.Kr./- U T
