JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 30-03-2018 As prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to convert this criminal writ application in a civil writ application within a period of one week from today. Since the matter relates to dwelling house of the petitioner, by way of an interim order, it is directed that in case the house in question has not been auction sold, the same shall not be auction sold for a period of two weeks from today. The interim order shall continue only for two weeks whereunder the petitioner shall convert the writ application, failing which the interim order shall stand vacated.
