JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 291 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 354B, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner and other accused persons are named in the FIR with allegation of dragging the husband of the informant and also threatening him on the point of pistol and also there is allegation of outraging the modesty of the informant, apart from that petitioner is accused in one more case.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that though in the FIR altogether 16 persons are named but no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and he is in custody since 21.11.2019.

Case No. 291 of 2019.
