There was ruckus at the end of drunkard whereupon, police arrived and during course thereof, four persons managed to escape while four were apprehended including petitioner. After breath analyzer test, confirmed presence of alcohol in the body of all the apprehended accused. It has also been disclosed that altogether 70 litres of Mahua wine was seized. Petitioner is under custody since 13.12.2019 having co criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Ishwar Sah, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge 2nd-cum-Special
