If such an appeal is preferred within a period of 30 days from today, the same will be considered and be disposed off within a period of 90 days from the date of filing of the appeal. In case any question of limitation arises for consideration, the same shall be considered keeping in mind that the petitioners were pursuing their remedy before this Court in the present writ application.
