Grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is non payment of admissible amount to the petitioner including GPF, family pension and other lawful dues. Considering the fact that husband of the petitioner went missing since 1995, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the claim of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3931 of 2020(2) dt.23-06-2020 2/2 petitioner and ensure payment of balance amount and also take appropriate decision with regard to payment of pension and other pensionary benefits within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and ensure payment thereof within a further period of one month, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled payment of interest @ 9% from the date of filing of the writ application dated 19.2.2020 till the date of actual payment.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
