The petitioner seeks bail in Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 117/2014 registered for the offence under Section 364 of Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his brother gone to Bhagalpur for participating in nominations of Bilo Mandal, but his brother did not returned. The informant suspected the hands of the petitioner and other accused persons.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that except suspicion there is no material on record to show the involvement of the petitioner.

Similarly situated accused namely Ashok Yadav and Mant Lal Yadav have already been enlarged on bail vide order

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45253 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 38202 of 2014 on 21.01.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned ACJM, Naugachia, District - Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case no. 117 of 2014.
