The learned counsel for the petitioner Shri Umakant Mishra, in presence of Ms. Gulnar Begum, the learned APP appearing for the State, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after a period of one year from today in case the trial, in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017, giving rise to Sessions Trial No. 472 of 2017, for the offence punishable under Sections304B/34 of

the Indian Penal Code, is not completed.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after one year in case the trial of the connected case is not completed.
