2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the nature of the grievance, which involves public interest, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to the petitioner to file

Patna High Court CWJC No.2383 of 2023(2) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 exhaustive representation before the District Magistrate, Siwan to look into the matter, as being Administrative head of the district.

3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the extent the petitioner is seeking liberty.

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application stands disposed of with the liberty aforesaid.

5. It is needless to observe that if such representation is filed by the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Siwan would be under obligation to consider the same and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
