The present writ petition has been preferred for: "a MANDAMUS to commanding the respondents the make payment of compensation amount alongwith interest under the residential category of house of the petitioner. Khesra No.5434, Mauza- Nanaur, Panchayat Pipraulia, Block- Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani which has been acquired and work of widening and strengthening National Highway-57 at concerned
Patna High Court CWJC No.15626 of 2016(2) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 place has already been completed but the compensation amount of the land has not been made."
3. A counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent nos. 1 to 3 is on record.
4. Mr. Agrawal, learned Senior Counsel submits that instead of getting another adjournment for filing reply to the counter affidavit, the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the appropriate authority with representation along with all the relevant documents within a period of four weeks from today.
5. If such representation is filed before the competent/appropriate authority within a period of four weeks, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion within a period of three weeks thereafter.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
