This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 07.10.2017 passed in Revision Case No. 07/2015 by the learned court of Mines Commissioner, Bihar, Patna by which the Revision application filed against the order dated 06.10.2012 cancelling the mining lease of the petitioner in respect of the lease area measuring 2 acres of land situated at Plot No. 3 (P), Mauza, Dhaudar, P.S.-Sasaram, District- Rohtas, has been rejected.

3. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner should have approached the Commercial Court under Section 6 of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18581 of 2017(6) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 Commercial Courts Act, 2015 for the redressal of his grievances.

4. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Commercial Court under Section 6 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 and if such an application is filed before the Commercial Court, the same shall be heard and decided on its own merit expeditiously.
