In view of the nature of the order which is being passed in the present case, I.A. No.2545 of 2017 is dismissed. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument, submits that she may be allowed to withdraw this writ application with a liberty to file a contempt petition because Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is not acting in conformity with his own undertaking given before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in course of hearing of Cr.WJC No.940 of

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.2196 of 2017 (3) dt.04-01-2018 2017 and Cr.WJC No.862 of 2017. A copy of the order dated 03.08.2017 passed in the aforesaid writ applications is placed at Annexure-6 to the writ application.

The prayer is allowed.

The writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
