Pandit (APP) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 04-11-2015 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accusedpetitioner, namely, Vibha Devi, in connection with Ahiyapur Police Station Case No.687 of 2015, under Sections 147/148/149/341/348/323/324/307/302/120B of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.

Heard Mr. Prabhakar Jha, learned Counsel, appearing for the petitioner, and Mr. A. L. Pandit, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State. Considering the serious nature of allegation against the accused above-named, this Court is of the view that at this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47796 of 2015 (3) dt.04-11-2015 2/2 stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.

In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
