The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 452, 323, 324, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

A case and counter case has been filed. From the side of the petitioner Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No.117 of 2015 has been filed for the same nature of offence. Accident has taken place at the spur of moment on account of bodily dispute. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let petitioners, Baleshwar Yadav alias Baleshwar Roy and Jai Jai Ram Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of
