The petitioner has been arrested in connection with N.H. Bangara P.S. Case No. 93 of 2014 registered under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that one of the co-accused, namely, Md. Taiyab having similar allegation has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 50308 of 2014 and the case of the petitioner is on similar footing. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Rakesh Kumar No.3, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur, in connection with N.H. Bangara Police Station Case No. 93 of 2014, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner.
