JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 All the death-cum-retiral dues have admittedly stood paid and as far as the G.P.F. amount is concerned, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 7 submits that a cheque has already been sent to the bank of the petitioner herein on 14.08.2019, amounting to a sum of Rs. 59,410/-. Patna High Court CWJC No.18807 of 2017(3) dt.21-08-2019 2/2 05.07.2005 whereas the policy for payment of the ex gratia amount on account of death of an employee in harness came into existence with effect from 01.08.2006, hence no amount of ex gratia is payable to the petitioner herein. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the respondent no. 5 for redressal of his grievance, if any.
Liberty is granted.
