In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 140 of 2013 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 353, 307, 326, 435, 379, 427, 302 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act, 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act, 17 C.L.A. Act and 10 U.A.P.A. Act.

It appears that the Police found the petitioner involving in indiscriminate firing and also throwing the bomb which led to death of three Police personnel. Earlier this Court, vide order dated 11th June 2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 18351 of 2014, rejected the bail of the petitioner. The Court called for the case diary.

No.48969 of 2014 (5) dt.05-08-2015 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Goh P.S. Case No. 140 of 2013, subject to the condition that (i) the petitioner will report to Goh Police Station on every fortnight. In failure to do the same, the bail of the petitioner will be deemed to have been cancelled (ii) one of the bailors shall be wife of the petitioner and another bailor shall be brother of the petitioner, namely, Raj Kumar Ravi Das. (iii) if the petitioner is found involved in future in similar type of case, the prosecution will be at liberty to make prayer for cancellation of his bail and the court below will pass necessary order, including cancellation of bail.
