3. Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

4. As such, the present M.J.C petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail their remedy by preferring appeal under the Bihar Government Servants Grievance Redressal Rules, 2019 and the authority concerned shall pass order according to the time frame specified in the said rule itself.
