2. Petitioners are accused in a case registered for the offences under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. They are the sons of Abhay Singh, whose daughter Khusboo Kumari recorded her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. contained in Annexure-2 to this application.

3. In the light of the statement of Khusboo Kumari recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Their request is, accordingly, rejected. (V.N. Sinha, J) Rajesh/- U T
