====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-06-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Bihar School Examination Board.

2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at this stage itself.

3. In the present writ application, the petitioner has prayed for the grant of following reliefs:

"(a) For issuance of a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, or direction/directions to the Respondent Board to consider the submission of the Objection Form raised by the Petitioner through Official Portal in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1860 of 2026(3) dt.15-06-2026 2/3 Secondary Teacher Eligibility Test (STET)- 2025 conducted by Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB).

b) For a direction to Respondent Board to consider the Objection and rectify the anomalies in the evaluation process of the said test.

c) For a direction to Respondent Board to provide Revised Answer Key of the Petitioner after considering his Objection Form.

d) For further pass any other order/orders in shape of consequential relief to the Petitioner may be found to legally entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the instant case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for seeking the aforesaid reliefs, the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 06.01.2026 (Annexure-P/7) before the Examination Controller, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna and the same continues to be pending. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if an appropriate direction could be issued to the Examination Controller, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner within a fixed time frame, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

5. To the aforesaid prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the Bihar School Examination Board does not have any objection.

6. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application

Patna High Court CWJC No.1860 of 2026(3) dt.15-06-2026 3/3 is disposed of directing the Examination Controller, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna, Bihar to dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner dated 06.01.2026 (Annexure-P/7) within two months from the date of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

7. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by Examination Controller, Bihar School Examination Board, Patna should be a reasoned and speaking order. In case, the petitioner is found entitled to the relief, which the petitioner has claimed through the representation, the same should be extended to the petitioner within one month from the date of passing of the final order.

8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending interlocutory application(s), if any, shall also be deemed to have been disposed of.
