In view of the petitioner not having approached the appellate authority against the order of cancellation of license, we are not inclined to entertain this petition. Under this circumstance, we direct that in case the petitioner challenges the order of the licensing authority before the appellate authority within a period of 30 days, the same
Patna High Court CWJC No.14375 of 2016 dt.26-08-2022 2/2 shall be taken up for consideration and after giving reasonable opportunity to the petitioner to represent his cause, a final order shall be passed by the appellate authority within the next 60 days, giving reasons in support of the decision. The order so passed by the authority shall be made available to the petitioner forthwith.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
