JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Patori (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 468 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 30 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioners.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have falsely been implicated in this case and have no criminal antecedent and have been in judicial custody since 23.12.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -II-cum-Special Excise, Samastipur, in connection with Patori (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No. 468 of 2019.
