2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 385, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned cousnel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleged that the accused persons came and started demanding ransom. It is further alleged that this petitioner assaulted by rod over different parts of the body causing injury and other accused persons assaulted by lathi, fists and slaps and Md. Jamal assaulted by butt of the pistol. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is next submitted

No.11943 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/3 that the informant alleged that the father along with his son came and the father started demanding extortion of Rs one lakh and when the informant refused thereafter it is alleged that this petitioner assaulted him by iron rod all over his body and even Md. Jamal assaulted by butt of the pistol. It is next submitted that even presuming what has been alleged is true without admitting, then the injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature. It is further submitted that the brother of the petitioner had instituted Muffasil P.S.Case No. 62 of 2023 under section 307 of the IPC read with other sections, in which the present informant is also an accused and as such in order to coerce the brother of the petitioner into submission, the present false case has been instituted.
4. Learned A.P.P opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs,. 10,000/- ( Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S.Case No. 126 of 2023, subject to
