The present writ application has been filed challenging the order of substitution on technical grounds as the final order is yet to be passed by the Tribunal. In the opinion of this Court, no interference is required as it is an interlocutory order and order on merits of the case is still to be passed by the Tribunal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is ready to get the main issue decided by the Tribunal. In view of the above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the Tribunal to hear the matter and dispose of the same in accordance with law.
