Informant in a way to his house through Jan Sewa Express fallen prey at the hands of miscreants, who after administering poison decamped with all his belongings including mobile, wrist watch, chain, ring, voter ID-card, cash along with cloth.

It is apparent from the case diary that after tracing out the call details (Para-63), the police proceeded and during course thereof, so many persons, who had used the stolen mobile set were interrogated, out of whom, one Santosh Mishra had disclosed that this set was handed over to him by the petitioner and on account thereof, petitioner has been remanded in this case and is under custody since 27.08.2014. It is also apparent from the case diary

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45609 of 2014 (03) dt.02-04-2015 that informant had shown his inability to identify the culprit as the bogie was dark.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Sanjeev Kumar Jha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-7th, Begusarai in connection with Sessions Trial No.505 of 2014 arising out of Begusarai Rail P. S. Case no.19 of 2013.
