2. The petitioner had moved the Court against the order of suspension dated 25.07.2016. However, during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has superannuated.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to conclude the departmental proceeding against the petitioner expeditiously.

4. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the departmental proceeding shall be concluded within four months, if already not done.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to ensure that the departmental proceeding against the petitioner is concluded within four months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him. If the petitioner does not co-operate, the respondent no. 3 shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
