JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN) Date : 11-12-2017 The Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga and S.D.P.O., Biraul, Darbhanga are present in person. It is informed that in the confessional statement, one of the co-accused has admitted regarding kidnapping and killing of the boy but regarding disposal of the dead body, he is changing his statement. The police has not been able to recover the dead body,

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.2171 of 2017 dt.11-12-2017 2/2 however, police report has been submitted under Sections 364 (A)/34/120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code against the accused persons, who have been arrested. It is submitted that they are still trying to find out evidence in the matter as further investigation is in progress.

Having regard to the aforementioned facts and circumstances, this writ application stands disposed of.

However, the petitioners would be at liberty to take all the remedial steps which are permissible in law.

The personal appearance of the Senior Superintendent of Police is dispensed with.
