ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-07-2024 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a leave to approach the bank authorities with a representation and also approach the DRT, Patna, if necessary.

Accordingly, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to make a suitable representation for settling the loan account taken by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today. If any such representation is made, the authority is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and pass necessary
