Mr. Narendra Kumar Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-06-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 547 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 364 & 34 of the IPC.

Prosecution story disclosed that the petitioner called the son of the informant and thereafter kidnapped him. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is son of the brother of the informant and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is statement of the victim, which has already been recorded, in which he has mentioned the mobile number, but the same does not belong to the petitioner and the call details also does not support the prosecution case. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and
