2. This writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent for grant of A.C.P. to the petitioner.

3. Counsel for State has made preliminary objection submitting that Bihar Government has already framed a Rule namely Bihar Government Servant Grievance Redressal Rule 2019 in which right has been given to the aggrieved to file a complaint which is defined under Section 2(c) of the said Rule which covers the grievance related to promotion, ACP, MACP etc. and the said complain has to be filed before the Service

4. As per the submission of the parties, in the present case, the service grievance redressal Officer is the District Magistrate, Bhojpur and District Magistrate, Bhojpur is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order on the representation/complaint filed by the petitioner under the said Rule within 90 days from the date of production of his representation along with the order.
