In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 100 of 2015 registered for offence under section 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

The Police recovered one country made pistol and one live cartridge from the possession of the petitioner who is in jail since 24th July 2015.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that other similarly situated person has already been granted by this Court. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49345 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2/2 the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months of custody.
